Steven Rudduck

Steven is the Director of QQC and is committed to ensuring the company’s reputation for quality workmanship and excellent service. Steven is a registered builder and has over 15 years’ experience in the trade. Steven demands high standards and commitment from all the team at QQC.

Taryn Rudduck

Taryn is the Managing Director of QQC and ensures that the quality of work and customer service is kept to the highest possible standard. Her accounting and office experience, ensures office procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times, which makes her a key team member at QQC.

Suzanne Cordwell

Sue has been at QQC since February 2015 and works as the job coordinator. Her amazing organisational & communication skills keeps everything running smoothly both in the office and out on site. Sue understands the importance of customer service and has great knowledge of the insurance industry which makes her a valuable team member.

Raylene Zahner

Ray is a part of the administration team here at QQC. She is an office all-rounder and alongside Sue assists with paperwork and customer enquiries.

Phillip Routsis

Phil joined our team in February 2016 as a full time Apprentice Carpenter. During this time Phil has demonstrated excellent work ethics and is always very keen to learn new things. Working beside Steven, he is gaining the right skills and knowledge to be a competent and experienced carpenter.

Daniel Bracefield

Dan is a fully qualified carpenter that takes a lot of pride in his work. He has been working in the insurance industry for a long time and comprehends the process and work load that comes with the stressful tasks at hand. His customer services skills are fantastic alongside his knowledge and experience which makes him an asset to the company.

Blayze Worthington

Blayze is a fully qualified carpenter with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of construction and insurance work. With an eye for detail he provides accurate estimating and excellent project management skills which makes him a skilled team player.

Brian Mates

Brian has been working part time with the company for a few years now. Brian is from Ireland and currently studying Architecture at Uni. Being a qualified carpenter, Brian has the knowledge and skills to work on his own or in a team environment.

Jordan Cordwell

Jordan is the newest member of the team and has joined us as a full time Apprentice Carpenter. Jordan enjoys hands on work and constructing things from scratch. He has a keen eye for detail and can work with precision. We are proud to have Jordan on our team.

Kristen Falzon

Kristen has been a part of the QQC team for a year now and is a reliable and motivated trades assistant. He helps our trades with day to day activities and contributes a lot of knowledge and experience to our team. Kristen is easy going and always willing to learn new things and loves to help out when he can.

Sylvester Rysavy

Sylvester is a fully qualified painter with 20 years’ experience. He is passionate about what he does and his work is of the highest quality.
